@Abigail and @Dragonfly -- Slow. Yes. There are slow food movements changing the way we eat. We are all learning that slow is often/99% of the time better.

@tracy--I was doing really well until I spilled peanut butter all over my pants today!! But that could have also been clumsiness ... :)
