It might seem like I've been a little quiet lately, but I'm not! I'm just as talkative and loud as always. I've just been talking other places, like today, over on the Brazen Careerist Blog.
I'm really honored to guest post over there, because the whole Brazen Community is really awesome. (If you haven't signed up, I highly recommend it.) Plus I get to talk about networking and social media, two things I spend a lot of time doing for my real-life job and that I feel really strongly about. I know that when I tell people that I spend a lot of my day on Twitter and Facebook, they think I'm joking. But really, believe it or not, social media IS changing the world, just like the printing press did back in 1456. I do more work today with people I've never met than I do with co-workers who sit across from me. And I believe very strongly that when people have better, relatively cheap access to information and fast ways to communicate and thought communities all over the world, good things will come.
I have another guest post coming up later in the week on something completely different ... more on that to come!!
