It is my last Sunday afternoon in this land. My muscles are still sore from the trek and the living room is a mess of my stuff in between packing.
I decided to take a break and read your blog that I missed this week, knowing it would work its usual magic on me.
And it did. Thank you for the cocktail kit and the cakes - these images are fueling me through the day.

joined a bootcamp and I can barely move. My legs are killing me. I normally work out 3-6 days a week normally and I haven't experienced pain like this in a LONG time. What can I do so I can walk normally? I have another class tomorrow and don't want my soreness to effect my performance.

I finally starting strength training and my muscles are really sore. Which I'm taking as a good thing because hopefully they will heal stronger.
