What's all this business about French Christmas?

When I need one, I go to the city. And eat whatever I like, too. That's what recharges me--spending a day far away from the suburbs :)

@Kim That's too funny! I use the suburbs and/or countryside as my escape from the city! It's all about the change of scenery.

These days are so necessary some times. I wish I made myself take them more often. I like the idea of calling them Wild Card Days. Totally going to steal that from you :-).

@Abigal--nope, that's the beauty of a wild card day. You can take it whenever you want!

@Kristen, glad you liked the name. I feel like giving these days an actual name makes them more official, and therefore ok to take. Sort of like a "mental health day." LOL :)
